My horn has stopped working on my 2002 caravan. Not only on the steering column but also does not work with the remote keyless entry or the panic alarm. The cruise control works okay and don't have an airbag light so I have discounted the clockspring at the moment. Fuse and relayare good, removed and checked horns, they are okay. I am stumped!!!.. is there an in-line fuse on the wiring between the fusebox and the horn??? Or could it really be the clockspring??

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

Replace the clockspring, its also goes to thehorn pad too.

 

I would check to see if there is a short in your IPM
