There shouldn't have been a fourth page. Just one page with information about the research and then two with a few questions each to enroll you. Any fourth page would be a confirmation that you've signed up...so maybe you are.

That said, I do need to simplify the process, and this will happen within the next few months. I have already reduced the number of words on the first page by about a third.

22 owners are now signed up. Still need more, of course, but this is an improvement. With a few more we might have a result for the 2008s in May.

We'll have an initial result for the 2008 in early May. It will be asterisked because of a marginal sample size. With a half dozen more responses we could remove that asterisk.

The repair rate for the 2008 appears to be high, much worse than the average. This might come down as Chrysler finds and fixes common problems.

Among older minivans, the 2000 and 2001 appear to be worse than average, while the 2002 through 2006 appear to be at least a little better than average.

Most of these results are asterisked, for a marginal sample size. I'd like to get rid of those asterisks.

Updated results recently posted for the Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan.

The 2000 and 2001 appear to have high repair rates. But the 2002 through 2006 appear to be about average, in some cases even a bit better than average.

The 2008 has launched with a very high repair rate--including many trim issues. It's likely the 2009 will have a lower repair rate, but how much lower?
