It seems that the front blower motor at times will not work at any speed when turning it on. Then for no reason at all it will work again at all speeds. I tried changing the relay and resistor block since they were cheap. Is it possible there is a dead spot in the motor winding? And can you tell me where the fan motor is and how dificult to change? Thanks in advanced.

the blower motor is under the glove compartment, you need to take the cover off and replace the blower, you can buy a new one or an used one from a junk yard, they are cheap and in good condition.
I have that problem in my 2000 grand caravan, the blower would work at times, sometimeI would bang it with a mallet and it would work just fine, but not for long, so I recomend to replace it.
