I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I thought my power liftgate was suppose to work but it does not..when I push the remote button for the liftgate a light comes on and that's it..can anyone tell me what that means or what I can do??!!

Does itunlock and try to open ? If it does then the power latch assy in the liftgate should be replace. Before you replace any parts, have the dealer ck for codes. The sliding door or doors and liftgate will store codes.
