I have an '03 Caravan that is only blowing cold air when the heat is on the fan is blowing hard but only cold air.

Look for a vacum leak under the dash or eng comp.

Check the thermostat. make sure the top radiator hose is 190 deg. if the stat sticks all the way open you'll have a cold engine.

could be a plugged heater coil as well, that's a realy bad job.

 

hehe there is no vac system on an RS van u have low coolant more then likely leaking from your water pump.

 

anytime you don't have heat the first thing to check is the coolant level then go from there
