Default 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan Windshield Wipers

A few weeks ago, while I was driving, the passenger side front windshield wiper made a popping noise and ceased to work. Due to the holidays, I delayed checking it out since the driver side wiper worked and gave me adequate visibility. Now the driver side wiper refuses to work. I can hear the motor running, but the wipers will not move. Is this something that I can repair?

Try tightenting down on the nut that holds the wiper arm on the post. It's a 15mm nut and may be all that is needed to fix your problem. Good luck!

The nuts appear to be tight. It sounds as if the linkage connecting the wipers with the motor has detached. Does anyone know how difficult such a repair is?
