front sway bar bushings, water pumps commonly leak, transmission solenoid pack commonly leaks, i've seen steering rack after steering rack leaking on these as well. if it has power sliding doors the wiring harness will break in side the flexible housing, if this happens its usually pretty easy to locate the break and fix it. sometimes the clutch in the power sliding door motor will stick and it makes manually opening the doors tough... no fix except replacing the $400 sliding door motor.

Thanks for the replies everyone. If you think of any other common issues, I'd like to have them in this thread.

our 2006 caravan 3.8 l engine sxt level is consuming oilat about 1 litre per 5000km 3000miles. Chrysler is not worried but I am, rt ball joint keeps going had our rack and pinion replaced as it leaked and was very hard to steer, no visible leaks either turn signal indicator stock switch failed but replaced on warranty very noisy from road came with turanza tires $180 / tire love the stow and go feature also we had a 2003 3.3 liter and the 3.3 seemed more snappy than this slow poke 3.8.

Both Chrysler T&C and Dodge Caravan's have power sliding door wiring harness issues. A broken wire results in intermittant operation of the door. There are many good YouTube videos and Google articles discussing this issue and showing repair procedures.
