Default What Complications might there be?

I have a rust free 97 regular length Caravan with a 3.3. The Transmission is going and the motor has 170K. My wifes 99 GC w/ 3.8 and a good rebuilt tranny is a rustbucket that is also developing BCM electrical issues.... My question is , what issues might I have swapping her 3.8 and Tranny into my caravan body? Suspension? Harness? I'd plan on swapping her TCM at least. Would or should I swap her ECM? This is a project I hope to do in about 2 months.

On a side note....After 7 Caravan's, she's tired of the problems and she's getting a low mileage Sienna. Me on the other hand....well.....I've got lots of 3rd gen parts and plan on getting by for a little while longer with my stuff....lol

the 3.8 trans will have a higher speed transfer gear making your 3.3 a dog otherwise the swap is universal

Besides what I want to do is swap both motor and tranny as a unit into the 97.... I'm not splitting anything.
