Its mostly push clips.
Start with the driver side, Its simpler.

Gently pry down the top trim piece across the top back of the hatch.
Move to the Driver Side top back panel and pull it straight out.
As you pull, you will hear the clips releasing.
Slowly work your way down to the floor.
I think it has 4 clips holding it in place all together for the whole side.
Now you can look into the gap and see the motor.
2 bolts and a plug remove the motor.
The tricky part is the retaining pin on the glass side. It a ball and socket joint.
A pair of needle nose pliers work best to remove the clip.
GO GENTLY.
If you break the ball or lose the clip. You will regret it.

If it becomes a struggle the motor will separate from the glass side crank.
Then pull the window open, you can access it better from underneath the glass.
Working outside of the van.
And the clip cant fall into the vans gap.

Passenger side involves A/C ductwork and I'm not sure but I believe the ceiling seat belt mount. But the motor works the same.

Reverse all to reinstall.

Good Luck
