hi
i replace new window motor kits for 99 gc right side (passenger )

i found new motor doesnt work and switch fuse was disconnected( new switch is almost $40 at kragen)

( i think thin metal connection wrapped with green color glue or whatever is fuse,
when you open switch case )

switch for 99 gc right sigc window )

(#2 picture> fuse ( green color bubble or?? is removed)

i use aluminum foil to find window motor work and it did

i think i can solder fuse, i have a few and different voltage fuses for laptop power cord like 6v, 12 v, 13v ,10 v ...etc

my question is what voltage fuse for window switch do have to solder with?

If the switch is the problem, I would notsolder a fuse in it. I would just replace it.

 

i bought used one at ebay at half price of new one's
