I took my 2002 caravan to a dealer where they changed the intake manifold gasket as part of the warranty work. When I picked it up i had troubles starting it, but got it going. Next day it wouldn't start. Took fuel line off and no gas is coming out. Temperture is below 0 degrees (cold). I dump in 400 ml of gas line antifreeze 20 minutes later it starts. Next day same thing won't go. Did same thing dumped in gas line antifreeze to get it going. I get error code P1684 as well at the odometer reading. Without the anti freeze it won't start. If I turn the key without turning over the motor (pressurizing the fuel line) 3 times it starts but if you touch the gas pedal it stalls. I also tried starting it when it was + 0 degrees, same problem. Mileage is around 90, 000 kms. Not sure if gas gas, water in the tank, filter? Need some help.

 

You may have water in the fuel,causing the fuel or the line to freeze up.
