Default tranny/engine swap and speedometer correction

we put a 3.3 into an awd T & C with a rebuilt tranny from some company on ebay. Everything is working good except the speedo shows 72 mph when it's really going 60 mph. The trip computer is off to. Just wondering what we can do to correct this minor inconveinience.
