Hi guys,

Does anybody know what (Power, heated, foldaway mirrors) means?
I mean, I understand (power, foldaway)!
But, (heated)? where are the (heating) controls?
Anybody?

Your mirrors are heated by vents in the side of the dash that mate with vents in the door by the mirrors. The mirrors get automatically heated when you turn on the heat in the van.

 

Wrong!
The heated mirrors are activated by turning on the back window defroster.

 

I second the above... I've got heated mirrors on my 96 model, so it goes all the way back at least that far.
That's how it works on mine... pushing the rear window defroster also electrically heats the side mirrors AND there is a couple of defroster lines under the front wipers that heat up too, so the wipers aren't frozen to the front windshield

 

Correct. The are electrically heated via the Rear Defrost button. If it's remote start equipped it will by default select Rear Defrost and mirror heat when you start the van remotely. My owners manual states that the mirrors are only heated for the first rear defrost application per start. IE, When you rear defrost once, the mirrors are heated. If you later rear defrost but the van has not been shut off, then the mirrors will not be heated this time.
