Hi i have a problem with my Mygig rer ,it whont start the only thing thats works is the open/close button so the screen move ,but no display or anything else,i took itout with the cables plugged in and a have checked the voltage and at the gray contact a have 12v on stift 1 and erth on stift 12 not anything else???

 

Bring it to the dealer and let them fix it. That system is less then a year old.
