2002 Caravan humming from gas tank area when low on fuel

I have a 2002 caravan (105K mile) that has a pretty distinct humming sound coming from the gas tank when the fuel level is at 1/4 tank or below. Is this the fuel filter? Fuel Pump? Easy Fix?

sounds like your fuel pump is going bad

If it is the fuel pump, the fuel tank will have to be lowered. Not really an easy fix if you don't have a hoist.
