Have a 05 grand caravan, used the e-brake last week when I did some work on the front end, now everytime we let the van sit for more then 24 hours, when you put it in gear the brake feels like its still on and pops when it lets go.

I jacked it up today to try and get in there to see what was going on but the brakes are rubbing on the drums to the point that you can hardly turn them by hand and I cant get the drum off. Is there an adjustment on them through either of the plugs in the back plate to loosen those pads off? I can't find it.
