replace front spark plugs'95 caravan

Does the entire radiator have to removed in order to replace the front spark plugs in 95 caravan. There isnt much cleaance.

No, you don't need remove the radiator at all,and you change the rears from the bottom,if you have a 3.3 or 3.8L.
