Default 94 Caravan dies when I give gas

I have 94 dodge Caravan 3.0 V6.Symstom is you must pump the gas pedal and depress gas pedal alittle bitbefore it will start, (before you simply just trun the key). The van will idle just fine when it starts, but when you give gas to it it will die whether it is in nuetral or in drive. Gas pedal must be depressed very very slowly in order for the car to move. Catalictic converter was replace 2yrs ago and there is no check engine light on, fuel pump has lots of pressure. This just happened suddenly. Can anybody help me?

Did you replace the cat with a factory or aftermarket cat? Sounds like the exhaust is plugged.

Did you replaced the O2 sensor after the Cat? Why no engine code?
