30 AMP fuse is OK(location 19). Replaced Front Wiper Relay On. Any ideas ?

 

verify that the wiper arm is not stripped or loose on the stud.

check the ground. remove the cowl covering the wiper motor, it should be a wire going from the motor to the chassis. remove the ground screw, clean it up with a wire brush and re-install with dielectric grease and see if it works.

 

Be sure the 8 way connector is plugged in at the wiper cowl. If the connector is good, then ck the wires with a test lite and ck for power and ground.
