Hello,
I have a Grand Caravan Sport (2003) and when I close the passenger side sliding door it makes a smacking sound like metal hitting metal. I have compared it to the other side sliding door which is fine but I do not see any rubber pading thats missing or anything that is loose.
I have even tried stuffing phone between the window and the door and in the door jams but its still doing it!
Has anyone else had this issue?

I even took it to the Dodge dealer and they had no idea what was causing it....

Hope someone else knows what I am talking about!

Ck the body gap at the front door and ck the glass to see if its loose.
