Default Power Window issue

Hi, I am new to the forum.

I have a 2002 Grand Caravan Sport (not sure if that makes much difference here).

My driver's side power window does not go down any more (It is up so I am not sure if it would go up either). On the driver's side door the switch for the passenger's side window does make the window go up and down. I am assuming it is a switch or relay I need to replace.

I checked to see if the lights dimmed when I click the switch and it would appear that I do not need to replace the motor.

How difficult is it to get the switch/relay? Where would I obtain the parts? Is it expensive? Is it easy for a do-it-yourselfer to replace?

One more question.

Is there anywhere I can get a PDF of the fuse box diagram for the van? I have difficulty reading the back of the box top (it is just raised plastic letters on the plastic box top).

Try banging on the door panel and hold the switch to the down position, with an open hand. The most likely cause is the window regulator. If the window goes down, replace the regulator. If it don't down, then you'll need to remove the door panel and tap on the motor. If it goes down, regulator.
