I had my van looked at recently due to a check engine light problem and the power locks not working on the driver's side. The tech told me there were three codes in the computer P0406, P0456 and P0492. He said there was a TSB on EVAP and Power Locks problem and the computer needs to be flashed. Does anyone know anything about this? Also since the van is out of warranty should I have to pay a Dodge dealer to have this fixed? It is out of warranty. It has 74,000 miles on it.
