3.3 with issues
I have a 99 grand caravan with issues:
about a week ago i replaced the CPS with a new one. it worked great for a little while untill it started hesitating. I pulled the CPS to get a look at it and the cardboard spacer that was attached when it was installed is missing and now the sensor itself is knocking on the cam gear. what should I do?

Did you change the Crank or Cam sensor?
Was the lock down bolt tightened properly?
Cracked crank flex plates are fairly common on the 3.3L
It's possible now the flex plate isn't centered and is damaging the Crank sensor.
