Default Drum noise

Hi folks
Last year I bought a 2003 Dodge grand caravan sport with 36 k, after couple of weeks of driving I notice a strange noise (grinding or spring being pulled too hard) from rear driver side drum during braking.
Since then I have been to 2 different shops including the Brampton Ontario dodge dealer that I purchased the vehicle and none with no permanent result (as per mechanic needed adjustment only or just needs cleaning) noise will come back after few days
Now what I have done few times in the past few months was to remove the drum and spray the brake parts inside with white lithium grease (excluding drum and shoes) and noise stops for maybe a week or two.
And I was tolled that never to do that since brake dust and lubricant don’t mix well. I’ll appreciate any help or suggestion as what could be the cause, Crack drum bad wheel cylinder , cable or spring...ext.

Thank you in advance

Have the dealer perform TSB 05-001-06, replace the backing plate and drums and well as the shoes. If you like a copy of the tsb just send an email.
