Oil with filter is 5 qts. Not sure about the trans but the owners manual might say if you have it. If not a simple pan drop is probably around 6qts. I used 12 when I flushed the torque converter through the cooler hoses after dropping the pan.

my 1993 3.3L takes 4.5 qts oil using the standard mopar oil filter. May want to take a look at the online repair sites (some are free) or get a cheap Haynes manual off an Amazon seller so you will have all your specs.

If you can find ATF+3 you can use it in your year van but I have not seen +3 around my area for a few years and I am using AFT+4 with good results. The good thing about +4 is that it is synthetic and can go longer between intervals but I still change it every 15k just to be confident in my trans.

See this link for the oil suggestions based on local air temperatures. You can get some other info you may be interested in as well, plus quick links to the retailer's products that match them. Your mileage may vary regarding the quality of their products, however.

I use 5w-30, though if I lived further south I would consider 10w-30 in summer. By the way, that first image regarding oil suggestions replicates what is in the owner's manual, which I presume you do not have.
