I have a 1995 dodge caravan the brake lights are stuck on when I put the headlights on! Also the left blinker will not operate when the lights are on! When the headlights are off the brake lights work fine! and the left blinker works fine!

Replace the brake pedal switch. It's located at the floor area and the brake pedal assy.
