Default 2001 Sliding Door & Rear Hatch won't work in COLD!

Hey there,

I have searched the forums and have not found my issue so here goes:

Neither my automatic sliding door or automatic rear hatch work in the cold. Regardless of whether you use the key fob or overhead console button, all either do is pop open ever so slightly while the motor rrrrrrrrs away.

Now, here is the kicker - this only happens at 60 degrees or below. If warm, then all work just fine!!!!

I am taking it in to the stealership soon but would really like some thoughts & insight so as to be prerpared if they come back and say I need to replace the motors & wiring harnesses.

Much thx,

m

Have them ck all door modules for flash up dates. And note down all stored codes too.
