My 2002 Caravan is pushing fluid up past the cap. I can't keep fluid in it. Any ideas what would cause this?

Is the power steering moaning? If so, you've got a clogged filter in the fluid reservoir. The only fix is to replace the reservoir. They can't be cleaned. A new one is about $30 at the dealer and you can replace it yourself.
