More update on this Code P1491.........

Check engine light came back again yesterday...

i went to same mechanic who i pay $40, he did scanning again and said now its show fan not working absolutely,

he said my 2nd suspicious now is on Relay, lets take a look, he open grille and top cover and pull switch from relay he saw there is blue cable was broken which was not attached , so he fixed that one soler a small piece and put back 4 wire Plug to relay...

Then he start scanning again live Data Test...and this time fan start working properly on 105 and shut down at 99 seems to me Problem was damaged Blue wire,

i saw blue wire was little burn , but i did not take serious action, cost me another $60 for this fix, so far so good,

Light turn on again, i dont know why this time after all winter passed away, and it came back on again in mid May.. almost after 10 months ....now this time i checked by myself the same switch is there any burn or any broken wire from the harness from relay...but seems to me all 4 wires are ok..no one is burn or broken from switch/harness from relay...my next idea is could be this time Relay itself...my van is dodge caravan 2001, 3.3 liter, almost 9 years old...

what u guys says..how to identify the Faulty Relay only...any advise...
