BCM just replaced now transmission won't shift

Just replaced the body control module because the wipers weren't working. Wipers worked the first day, now are back to not working 99% of the time. Transmission also suddenly won't shift.

Ck the connection at the wiper module. The wiper may have a bad motor. And have the trans controller scan for codes and post.
