Default Crank shaft seal leak

Hi, I have the 2002 dodge grand caravan with a 3.8lt v6 with 110,00 miles.
Found another oil leak, looks like it is coming from the front crank shaft seal. How big of a job is this? How long will it take? What special tools do I need? What should I know before I try repairing this? Any and all information or links would be a great help.
Thanks everybody, you all are the best.

You'll need a puller to remove the balancer, its not that hard. But before you remove the seal, may sure the timing cover isn't leaking.
