Default Inner tie rod end

1996 Grand Caravan, I have some play in the tie rod on the passenger side. I have checked the outer tie rod end and it is tight the movement goes all the way up the tie rod. I am assuming it is the inner tie rod that is the problem. Is this a job I can do to replace it or should I take to my mechanic

Yes this is fairly simple job to do, I would replace that ASAP, as your steering is pretty important!!

easy to do if you have the special tool or a good pair of channel lock pliers.....geometry of the wheels must be done afterwards

Remove the rubber boot and install tie rod, install boot with 2 tie raps
