Default 90 caravan please help

I have a 1990 dodge caravan, I just replaced the oil pump, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and ofcourse oil and filter, but I went to start my car, and it just cranks. I replaced the sparks and wires thinking that might be it, but now i think it has something to do with asd relay. Is there a fuse or do i just replace the relay? It is a 1990 caravan 2.5L non-turbo manual trans.

At least on my Caravan, when you turn the key on, not starting the engine, you should hear the fuel pump run for just under 1 second and then shut off. If you are not hearing that, obviously the fuel pump is not coming on.

Is there a fuel pump relay reset on the Caravans of this year? I've never had mine trip out. I think it may only be a Ford thing. It's one of those things that shuts off the fuel pump in case of accident or rollover. I know I tripped mine on my 91 Escort just changing the oil. Luckily the Ford salesman had told me about it since they had so many Fords coming back to the shop under warranty that had it tripped.
