I have a 05 GC with a power sliding door issue. In reading the other posts it does not seem to be related to the wiring.

My door will almost close and then kick back open. It does this about half the time. It will close and get to the point where you hear the motor whrirring to latch the door but it does not latch and then it kicks back open.

The door open and closes great by hand and does not seem to be out of alignment.

Any ideas? Thanks.

 

Ck the door track for anything in the track. And have the doors scanned for stored codes. There maybe a flash for your problem.
