Default 1996 caravan problems for the new guy

Hi all, my name is mac.
I own a 1996 caravan t\c v6 2wd.
When I am driving and I slow to make a turn the car acts like it can find the gear and when I let off the gas then press it again it finds the gear and goes.
A guy came out with an ob3 diagnostic tool. It showed no tranny problem but said my 02 censor was bad. I replaced the 02 sensor and took the van for a drive and it still did the same thing. It happens usually around 30 to 40 mph. The diagnostic ob3 did not show any tranny code and there is no drag on the tranny so I cant beleive it is the tranny. Could it be the cam shaft censor? Or could it be the speed relay, etc?
I would really appreciate some input if anyone else had the same problem please help me find the cure. I hate when my car gets sick...Thanks all mac

DRB 3 is a scanner obd3 is a system your van is obd 2 an 02 sensor wont cause a trans problem . you need to have a trans guy look at not just some guy with a scanner sometime there is not a code but you still have a problem
