My 1996 Grand Caravan comes with separate rear air. Are the heater suppose to be the same? The rear air works and blows. When I turn on the heater, I hear something but feel no air flow nor heat. Is this normal or something not working right?

 

Can you locate the flow valves for the heater lines? I believe the Generation 3s still have them, Generation 4s don't. Check the lines each side of the control valve for heat. Also you can check the rear heater pipes for heat from under the vehicle. If there is flow, they will be very hot.
