Default 96 Grand Caravan Stalling and Speedometer Issues

Hi! I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what's wrong with my van and I can't afford to keep taking it to mechanics to figure it out.

My issue first started as infrequent stalling. As I would slow down and turn or stop at a light, the engine would, ocassionally, instantly die (no sputtering), but then it would instantly start back up. This would occur at all times of the day, on the way to work and on the way home, at all levels of fuel in the tank. - The computer never captures the stalls.

Last visit to the mechanic, they cleaned the throttle body, but the mechanic still experienced the issue afterwards. They recommended I go directly to Dodge, so I picked up the van and after a few weeks now, I have not experienced another stall.

Shortly afterward, however, I started experiencing slow start up issues. As soon as I turn the ignition, it will start to crank, begin to lose power as though she is about to die, and then finally catch a second wind and start up. Upon start, again intermittently, the speedometer and odometer will not move/work while driving, even though all other electrical systems appear to work.

I'm wondering if there is a connection between the stalling that went away and now the slow starts? And if there is also a connection between the slow start ups and the occasional speedometer issues? Any thoughts what might be wrong?

Thanks for your help! I'm trying to get a sense for what the cost could be based on the issue, since I can't afford much = (
