2000 grand caravan SE dash problems

Default 2000 grand caravan SE dash problems

well i replaced my heater cluster radio and mph/gas/temp/tec gages and i got a new problem my odom/PNRD12 lights shut off shortly after its started and it will shift but the box never leaves P then the light will shut of the gages dont move ethier this is what i have done so far.
Replaced heater cluster examined wires throughly. that works fine!
Replaced radio. that works fine! Checked all fuses! (FINE)
Replaced whole gage unit conections atached good lights up but dont move at all! I'M GETTIN PIST NOT KNOWIN WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!!!
What do i try next? What could be causing this problem? Maybe the guy gave me the wrong parts could it be? any one got details on the parts i would need does year mater if its 99 or 01 on a 00 E-MAIL YOUR ANSWERS TO THEJACL1985@AOL.COM THANXXXX!!!!!!! TRY GET A PIC OF COUNSEL 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN SE 3.8L (NO DUEL ZONE HEATIN SYS I THINK)

The problem could be the circuit board. Not the gauges. Or the ignition switch.
