i have a 96' caravan se and the lights on the ac and rear wiper button constantly flash and my blower only works on high. does anyone know why?

 

First of all, was the battery dead or replaced, That would cause the buttons to flash and the blower resistor is the other problem. Need to ck the connection at the resistor or replace. And you'll need to do a cool down test to clear the flashing lites.

 

yeah i unhooked the battery once to reset the computer, how do you do a cool down test
