Default 09 Grand Caravan grinding in the rear...

I just purchased a used 09 Caravan. It has 45,000 miles on it. When I drive it in the mornings the brakes make a grinding/squeeling sound. I took it to the dealer and he says that every 09 Caravan he has seen does that due to rust buildup on the rotors and it is only a cosmetic problem that causes a bad sound but that there is no real problem.

Thoughts?... Should I call him a liar or could their be truth to this?

Yeah I might have to...he said a few of those have come through with the rusting and the cosmetic problem. I just didn't know if that were true or not. Guess I could take it apart and look for myself...

Maybe a TSB 05-004-09, may help you. If you need a copy of the TSB just send a pm.
