Default Transmission Solenoid Question

I have a '98 Grand Caravan Sport SE 3.3l. I just bought a reman transmission solenoid pack but it didn't come with a gasket. I bought a gasket at the dealer today and it does not line up correctly. Did this part change and where could I get and old style gasket? Thanks... The pn I bought today is 04799844AB. The PN on the reman solenoid is 046599846435C. The perimeter of the gasket and the three mounting holes line up- but the other stuff in the middle is off. Groan.

Well, I think I figured out what happened using this link:
http://www.transmissionpartsusa.com/...x=0&Search.y=0

Even though I have a '98 van, and I gave the dealer that info today(98), I don't have a '98 solenoid. The old one I pulled off is stamped '99' on the bottom and the reman one is stamped '02' and they are the same (in appearance). The new gasket doesn't line up on either. On the link above, the gasket labeled '1999-on' looks to be what I need.

Just posting the update in case some other poor sap comes down this same road....

there are 2 solenoids. one uses 2 gaskets with a steel adapter plate and the other only uses one gasket and no plate. the solenoid packs are quite different in the front shape. If I get bored and have nothing better to do, I could take pictures of the 2 and post.
