Wow, the spelling is awsome. Bad starter, wiring, ignition switch or a host of other sources are quite possible... then throw in a blown/seized engine.

Wow, the spelling is even worse. Are you guys from another country? If you can't hear your fuel pump running, you need to have someone diagnose why this is. A bad ignition switch, bad relay, bad fuse, bad wiring problem are all candidates for this problem, including the no-crank issue.
But before you get all upset because you're not getting an exact answer, be aware it is impossible to accurately diagnose a problem such as this thru an internet forum. It's all going to be guess and try. And depending on the level of mechanical aptitude, it may be beyond impossible to solve this issue. The BEST choice is to find a mechnic that diagnose the problem with the vehicle in their hands.

Welcome to the DF
First i would have the PCM ck'ed for codes. If the starter can not turn the engine, you will have a no start problem. Like the other guys had said you need to find someone to check the van out.

I know exactly where the problem is..........somewhere between the front and rear bumper.

Comments like this are exactly why I tend not to visit this forum anymore. Where's a moderator when you need one?
