my bud has a 96 grand caravan. the horn doesnt work, and neither does the cruise. Our first thought was "oh a blown fuse" so we pop the hood, look at the fuse box and.... there doesn't seem to be a spot for ether of these two. and i was wondering if there is a hidden fuse box, or is it something else? i mean i hope it's something simple. any ideas? similar problems? he needs an inspection sticker as of 5 months ago too

 

Everyone by now needs to know this problem is covered under a lifetime RECAL that means the dealer will fix it for FREE. Google search your vin and see what recals are out there.

we took her to the dealer today and they suspect a clockspring. so they are ordering the part and will do the repair for free
