Default Horn doesn't work-cruise does

I have a 2007 grand caravan. The horn does not work. The cruise does work. The horn works with the remote. We replaced the clock spring also. All the fuses and relays seem to be ok. Any magical ideas?

Welcome to DF
The problem maybe the horn or the ciruit. Remove the horn and apply power and ground and see if it blows. If it doesn't blow, there the horn is no good. If it blows, then the problem in the wire circuit.

could be a problem with the air bag contacts. what you do is remove the bag, ground the horn wire and see if the horn works, if not, then you need to do more serious diagnostics, if it does work, then you'll probably need to replace the bag itself. (I have a t&c that the contacts failed in the bag.. so I just don't have a horn, I can deal with that.. so I installed a bumper sticker that says 'horn broke watch for finger')

The horn does work with the remote. Also, we switched out the air bag assembly with another GC and mine worked in the other van but the other van's did not work in mine. Thanks for your response. Les

I got the horn works with key fob activity so that rules out the horn and relay. did you swap the air bags before or after I suggested that could be the problem? So where is your problem? With a wiring schematic, it's nearly obvious that the problem lies between the relay and contacts in the bag. You've eliminated the bag so now it's time for you to use proper diagnostic proceedures. With a wiring schematic and a DVOM, it is easy to test out the circuit.
