I've replaced a lot of rear brakes on 08/09 so far. I called the dealer several times as I felt that the customer should get some sort of coverage. Well they all say over 12k or 12months too bad so sad. One customer 2 rears and on front in 40k. I don't consider 40k on the front all that bad but rears really should last darn near forever. Overall I'm not at all impressed with this vintage van. I'd have to say gen3 is the best for features minus the usual rusty strut towers (that's strictly engineering fault there), swaybar links, instrument cluster issues, stupid engineering change on diff pin and other piddly crap. For all out durability, 1990 gen1 and gen2 vans were pretty solid and seemed to have less issues overall. I sure wouldn't want a gen4 with key transponder. I've already come across many vehicles besides chrysler that have have failures with the it... what a PITA for the customer and not cheap
