Question Replacing 3.3 l

The 3.3l in our 98 Caravan will need replacing soon as it has over 300,000 kms on it. What is the range of years that I could use when buying a used 3.3 - It is not a flex fuel. Don't mind some simple adaptation if necessary.

Thanks, JJ

Why replace it based on that low of use? These engines easily run 600,000km with good maintenance. The highest un-touched 3.3 for miles was 500,000 Miles not km and still running strong. It went thru 3 transmissions but still the same engine. You can use any gen3 3.3 as a direct fit. a flex fuel engine would require changing injectors...bfd. There is some sensors that changed plug designs over the years but that' very easy to accomidate
