I currently have a 2009 SXT with myGIG NAV unit. I use the Navigation portion of the myGIG everyday. I have all kinds of trips etc on the harddrive. I recently ordered a replacement 2010 SXT. The manual tells me that I can backup the user portion of the harddrive and tells me to go to the website for instructions. However, there are no instructions at all on the wesite about backing up the user data. Have been to the dealer, no help. I can't be the only one that doesn't want to spend hours re-entering all of the user data back onto my new myGIG can I ???

 

I believe the dealer is the only ones that can do the backup. Because you need a starscan and the flash stick to preform the backup.
