Just bought a 2003 Caravan SE 3.3

The engine isn't the original apparently and I was told that it could be a couple years newer/younger. I have a feeling that it still is an 03.

Is there a way for me to tell what engine year I have? Any markings that would let me know or any websites that could tell me by looking for something specific?

 

On the back of the front cylinder head is a lot of numbers and letters. Post them and i can tell you what you have.

 

Hmmm...Back of the front cylinder head? I am not sure where that is....Exactly where should I be looking on the engine? Drivers side, passenger side?
