Default Fusible link wire burns

ok, so I posted earlier about no spark or fuel. The culprit seems to be a burnt fusible link. Its an orange wire amongst the hundreds of other fusible links. after repairing the wire, I have fuel and spark. Although the spark seems to be a bit weak. Now the issue is, when I crank it, that fusible link that i repaired keeps burning out. Im assuming I have a short somewhere. Has anyone run into a problem like this? BTW the car is a 1988 Caravan 2.5. Thanks in advance!

High resisted or shorted to ground. try unplugging the o2 sensor or EGR valve connector.
