I just recently purchased a 2000 dodge caravan sport. And I have noticed that when ever I make a left turn the E-brake light comes on. is this a known issue? Another random thing I just noticed tonight when I got home I turned of the van then turned off the lights. All the lights turned off except the headlights so I went back into the van turned the lights back on then off again this shut the headlights off. Then just to test it I turned the van back on turned the lights on shut the van off turned the lights off and sure enough the headlights stayed on again. Any reason why that is happening?

Check the brake fluid level for the brake lite, and on the headlamps this is normal. What you need to do is turn the lites off first before turning the ignition off. The lites will go out after 60 seconds, That because its time delay.
